AIDS 2022, the 24th International AIDS Conference, took place from 29 July to 2 August 2022. HPE collaborated with NAM aidsmap to share a summary of the latest HIV prevention, treatment and cure news from the conference in a short webinar broadcast on 9 November: Latest HIV prevention, treatment and cure news from AIDS 2022.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the latest advances in HIV, with a chance to ask presenters questions about the research.

The presentation covers highlights of research published at the conference through the following themes:

Good morning everyone. It’s an honour to join you for my first speech as a Government minister. And what an incredible place to do it.

I’m so grateful to Terrence Higgins Trust for bringing us all together, and of course, to the formidable Ian Green in what is his last conference as Chief Executive. Ian has been an incredible force for good, not just these past seven years at Terrence Higgins Trust, but as an inspiration to everyone living with HIV over three decades.
